Steinway on Stage is a series of intimate twilight concerts featuring Wangaratta’s magnificent Steinway Grand Piano with audiences gathered around it on the stage of the Alpine MDF Theatre. This program has been a partnership between Wangaratta Arts Council and Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre since 2010.
Lesley has played piano since childhood. She is well known locally as a music teacher and as an accompanist for many theatre productions. The residents of Neil Stewart House are delighted to join in weekly sing-a-longs accompanied by Lesley on piano. In this Steinway on Stage Lesley will be joined by baritone Ross Bootes, cellist Anne Turnbull and several of her piano students.
